Air transport may require the following information
Order of air transport (must be supplied, sealed and signed)
Customs declaration information (generally including customs declaration, invoice, packing list, sales contract)
Customs clearance data for shipment (subject to request of destination country)
KCF certificate and business licence (for Hongkong Airlines)
Other evidence (such as MSDS, UN38.3, non dangerous goods, etc.)
Outer packing requirements
General requirements for packaging without damage, no oil, goods are not less than 10CM card. The wooden packing shall be decided by the airline as to whether or not it is acceptable. You can consult a salesman
Delivery service
The vast majority of countries in North America, the Middle East, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, we can provide DDU/DDP and pay service, details can consult the salesperson
We don't accept the following items
(1) living animals and plants (or animal and plant products) - animal and plant quarantine certificate issued by animal and plant quarantine station
(2) - narcotic drugs required the Ministry of Health Bureau of drug administration of the narcotics transport document.
(3) audio visual products - - the transmission and delivery of audio-visual products issued by the office of the social and cultural administration committee.
(4) canned liquid, powder goods - - the proof of the nature of the goods to be produced by the manufacturer.
(5) seafood ---- different seafood containers are needed in different places. China Southern Airlines and Baiyun Airport are required to use their designated special box, single foam box can not be installed, need to add cartons and packaging belt.
(6) glass must be closed wooden cases, triangular frame.
(7) - contraband explosives (such as explosives), compressed gas and hydraulic gas (e.g. gas), flammable liquid or solid, oxidants and organic peroxides (table tennis), drugs and infectious items (such as pigment) and radioactive substances, corrosive chemicals (such as sulfuric acid), magnetic materials, goods, anesthesia battery etc.
Compensation and insurance
In case of delay and breakage in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty of Warsaw, the maximum compensation shall be given to 20USD/KG for the loss and damage of the goods in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty of the Hong kong.
